Service scope

We check the existing zone, plan the nameserver change and validate web and mail records. DNSSEC is enabled where supported by the registrar. You retain the agreed account and domain ownership; DNS hosting is distinct from domain registration.

Accounts and licences

Cloudflare services can be configured on your account with delegated access. Licence ownership and billing are agreed before activation; reseller supply requires the appropriate provider agreement.

Locations by service

The proposal names the OVHcloud region for compute and the Cloudflare products used. Cloudflare is a US company with a global network; EU processing depends on the product and selected options.

Agreed operations

Support hours, response times, maintenance windows, backup retention and restore tests are defined in the proposal. Continuous monitoring does not imply round-the-clock human response.
