Service scope

We define what can be cached and how updates are purged, configure the origin connection and check delivery behaviour. Dynamic or private content needs appropriate exclusions. Cloudflare plan features and usage charges are stated separately.

Accounts and licences

Cloudflare services can be configured on your account with delegated access. Licence ownership and billing are agreed before activation; reseller supply requires the appropriate provider agreement.

Locations by service

The proposal names the OVHcloud region for compute and the Cloudflare products used. Cloudflare is a US company with a global network; EU processing depends on the product and selected options.

Agreed operations

Support hours, response times, maintenance windows, backup retention and restore tests are defined in the proposal. Continuous monitoring does not imply round-the-clock human response.
