Four things you can check.

VPS
France

Cloud VPS run in Gravelines, with NVMe disks and root access. The region is fixed per plan.

STORAGE
Germany · Finland

Storage Box in Falkenstein or Helsinki. Block volumes and load balancers default to Falkenstein.

DEDICATED
France · Poland

Gravelines, Strasbourg, Roubaix or Warsaw. One further region is outside Europe, and the order form names it.

OBJECT STORAGE
S3 API

S3-compatible buckets, from 250 GB to 5 TB.

THE SITUATION

Why "European cloud" means little.

The words are easy. The place is a fact.

A region is a place, not a continent
Which country, which site. That is what a data-protection officer will ask, and it belongs on the order form.
A provider is a chain
The servers, the network and the storage can belong to different companies. Ask who runs which part, and where.
Backup is an option, not a default
A server with no backup is a server you can lose. A page should say which ones have one.

Questions we get.

Do you have a data centre in Italy?

No. The regions are in France, Germany, Finland and Poland.

Does everything stay in the EU?

Not by promise. Products run in the regions shown at order, one dedicated region is outside Europe, and some network services run on a global network. We say where each piece runs and leave the decision to you.

Do you offer a service-level agreement?

Not for the infrastructure products on this page. Terms and any credits are in the contract.

Is there round-the-clock support?

No. There is no round-the-clock desk.

Can you back up a dedicated server?

Not as a product. Backup is an option on VPS and a schedule on managed databases. For the rest, plan your own.
