A stay is a chain of small obligations: the room, the rate, the city tax, the breakfast, the guest registry, the bill. Equinox keeps them on one record from the public booking page to the check-out invoice, and the trattoria on the ground floor closes its tables into the same books.

Timing × refundable × board a plan is a combination of when the guest pays, whether it is refundable and what meals it includes; the daily grid sets price, minimum stay and closed dates on top.
City tax
Per person, per night with the cap on nights and the exemption under age you configure; computed when the booking is created, on the folio at check-in, exported as CSV for the municipality.
Housekeeping
4 room states clean, dirty, inspected, out of service — with the day’s cleaning and inspection tasks generated from the arrivals and departures.
A stay, start to finish

Three nights, five moments, one folio.

Scroll through a demo stay. Change the nights and the guests: the folio recomputes the way the product does — room nights at the plan’s price, city tax per person per night up to the cap, extras — and the tape chart follows.

  1. Booked from the public page

    The guest picks dates and a rate plan on the property’s own booking page — flexible with breakfast, in this case. The engine checks the daily grid for price, minimum stay and closed dates, holds the room and numbers the reservation. Confirmation goes out in the guest’s language.

  2. Check-in: room assigned, registry ready

    At the desk the reservation is checked in and room 102 assigned. The guest registry export for the authorities is a click, and the city tax line — computed when the booking was made — lands on the folio.

  3. The folio grows with the stay

    Room nights, city tax, the dinner at the trattoria downstairs charged to the room: every line is signed, dated and attributable. Nothing waits for the morning of departure to be remembered.

  4. Housekeeping knows the next room

    Departures and stayovers generate the day’s cleaning and inspection tasks. Rooms move from dirty to clean to inspected; an out-of-service room is blocked on the tape chart, not remembered by the receptionist.

  5. Check-out: the folio becomes an invoice

    The folio total is invoiced through the same document engine as everything else, numbered from the ledger sequence and, for companies, sent through the exchange system. Its payment deadline joins the scadenzario.

What is not here, on purpose: channels are calendar feeds in both directions, not two-way API connections to individual portals; there is no automatic revenue management or dynamic pricing; there is no mobile app. Prepayment online is available for prepaid plans through the platform’s billing service.
