In Italy, NIS2 is transposed by Legislative Decree No. 138/2024. The national competent authority and single point of contact is ACN (Agenzia per la Cybersicurezza Nazionale — National Cybersecurity Agency); in-scope entities register on the ACN portal within the window it publishes each year.

Outside Italy, contact your own national competent authority — every EU Member State designated one under Article 8 of the directive.
